Joining Better Living of Walcott as the Executive Director has been an incredibly rewarding experience. From my very first day, I could see that this is more than a senior living community; it is a place built on compassion, connection, and a genuine commitment to the people we serve.

Better Living of Walcott’s mission is something I am proud to represent every day. Our goal is to create an environment where residents feel respected, valued, safe, and truly at home. We believe in getting to know each resident as an individual, celebrating their life experiences, and creating opportunities for meaningful moments each day.

As a new Executive Director, I am excited to build relationships with our residents, families, and team members while continuing to grow and strengthen our community. I am grateful for the warm welcome I have received and proud to be part of a team that puts people first.

What I love most about working at River Valley Place is the relationships I get to build every day. I have the opportunity to get to know our residents, hear their stories, support their families, and help people find a place where they can truly feel at home. There is something so rewarding about seeing a new resident settle in, make connections, discover new interests, and continue to live life on their own terms. Working as a caregiver at Pearl City Place is more than just a job to me, it’s something I am truly passionate about. I love being able to help others with their daily needs and provide support that allows them to remain comfortable in their own home. The most rewarding part of what I do is building meaningful relationships with the people I care for. My goal is to make each client feel safe, valued, and comfortable enough to talk to me about anything.
